YBS offers a support retainer. We are offering this service so our clients can have us "on call" for a monthly fee.

Administrative services are provided by our talented interns. We offer to copy our clients' thermal receipts at year-end as an add on to our services, so our clients do not have to.   

YBS offers startup accounting policies. Since many companies do not have written ones like refund policy, shipping policy, and other policies that are required for e-commerce, we offer this service so startups can focus on growing their business and leave the accounting to us.  

We can help corporations and businesses have their board meeting minutes in a book, have the correct address of the agent on file, and make sure that YBS can be your single point of contact for all of your financial entity compliance requirements.   

 We offer forms, samples, and templates for new entrepreneurs, such as Chart of Accounts, credit card authorization forms, collection letters and the like.    

 Did you know that YBS offers a service where we assist clients who have lost their bookkeeper? We offer to help them through the interview process to help them get a new bookkeeper on board, offer interview questions, job descriptions, technical tests, and much more expertise to a client's hiring process. 

We offer a review of client's accounting services to prevent them from being especially cumbersome. We can also make suggestions to streamline their accounting processes. 

YBS offers supervisory services for our clients with full time bookkeeping staff in one complete package. We offer management of the bookkeeper's work product, assigning tasks, training, giving annual performance reviews, and setting salary. 

 We offer to help clients who either need to clean up existing data or convert from one accounting system to another. YBS also includes in this service exporting, cleaning up, reformatting and importing data from one system to another. 

We offer strategic plans, helping with budgeting and general business consulting which will help most small business owners who have expertise in their fields but might need more help with running their businesses.  We understand that a lot of accounting professionals need a place to try new features or integrations on a test basis to not damage their live file. YBS has robust testing files that can allow you to try out a change to your business without worry.

 Did you know that YBS offers a product comparisons service? We know several software solutions in depth, so we have created a comparison chart and we have bundled it with training, templates, and other services. 

 Do you need on-demand service? If so, we offer a VIP service for a select number of clients that guarantees expedited responses, even during tax season.

Mac service program that goes along with our other bundle program to help our accounting clients that use Mac computers compared to PCs? We will help with data conversions, software set up and solutions and our test companies also work on Mac computers.
